What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Depending on the dates and others guests planned stays we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a small additional fee. reach out to us to check on availability.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights during most of the year but up to 4 nights in the busy season or around holidays. Reach out if you have specific dates you are curious about.

Are pets allowed?

Yes we do allow pets at all of our properties, we do have a $50 per pet fee and only allow up to 3 dogs per stay. You can include you pets during the booking process.

What is your cancellation Policy

We maintain a moderate cancellation policy for our properties that allows for a full refund if you cancel within 30 days and a partial refund if you are within 15 days. we do encourage you to purchase travel insurance and will provide information to do so after you have booked.

Do you allow parties or events at the location?

We do not allow parties or events at the Sunset Cove home in respect for our neighbors. We do not currently have appropriate facilities for events or parties at the Whispering Wood dome location.

What is provided at the property?

At all of our properties we provide all linens and towels for each guest, a complimentary soap/shampoo/conditioner starter kit, basic toilet paper and paper towels to get you started and at the lake house we provide beach towels and life jackets for lake and pool use.
